Louise has now been in the beauty industry for 11 years and originally started her career working for a room in her house until she worked her way up to opening her own clinic. After several years of working performing beauty treatments Louise decided to complete her tutor's award and this is when she then decided to open her own training academy.

Kirsty Deegan is a stay at home mum turned into a registered nurse and the proud co-founder of Girl Boss Academy. Kirsty is a registered nurse and holds a bachelor's degree in science. Even though Kirsty enjoyed working as a nurse, she decided that she wanted to work for herself and have more freedom so she could be there for all the important times in her children's lives. Passionate about helping women who were once in her position, she believes that everyone deserves a chance and she welcomes people from all walks of life into this industry.
